This stunning kitchen renovation was designed and staged by Plumb + Fig and constructed by Brookside Builders of Lititz, PA. The homeowners were looking for an industrial vibe to their kitchen, one with plenty of texture, mixed metals and neutral tones. This style had to blend with the rest of their home which was a traditional new-build. A wall was removed between the original kitchen and dining room to enlarge the space and make room for a large island. Reclaimed wood hood, powder coated metal shelves, black and hammered metal light fixtures and a white quartz countertop blend their styles to create this unique kitchen.

This rancher in Lititz needed a major update from its 90's style. Fortunately, the home had a lot of natural light making the brighter whites, natural wood tones, and black hardware and trim really pop! The bathroom was extended into the master closet to make a walk-in shower, and the luxurious tub made this bathroom feel like the retreat the homeowner was looking for.

142 E. New Street was a labor of love, and our second flip. We instantly fell in love with the high ceilings, wood floors, original trim and overall charm. The house is flooded with light and we leveraged that by using light wood details throughout the house, warm neutral tones, and bold blues. We added a master bathroom suite and opened up the kitchen to the dining room. We always try to keep the original character in tact - check out the beautiful handrail, fireplace, hallway cupboard and exposed brick.
